I competed in the U.S. Figure Skating Championships four times (in pair and ice dance with my older brother, Brad) and coached the sport for over two decades. I hold an MFA in Creative Writing from Sarah Lawrence College. My work has been widely published in national outlets, literary magazines, and humor publications. My fiction and nonfiction have been nominated for a Pushcart Prize. I live with my son and husband in the Hudson Valley of New York.
